Legal
Privacy
This policy describes how Earn Census (earncensus.online) processes personal data. The site operates under the jurisdiction of Brazil. The Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) applies, and, where relevant for data subjects in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, principles aligned with the GDPR are observed.
Controller and contact
Controller: Earn Census. Sole contact: support@earncensus.online. No physical address is published. For privacy matters, the email subject may indicate “Privacy”.
Data that may be processed
- Email content and metadata when a person writes to the support address (name if provided, address, message body).
- Technical logs that hosting or edge providers may generate (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and delivery.
- Payment and billing data only if a paid product is offered through a third-party processor; that processor’s terms then also apply.
Earn Census does not operate account registration on this static site and does not solicit testimonials or reviews.
Purposes and legal bases (LGPD)
- Correspondence and support — performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps and legitimate interest in answering requests (Arts. 7, I, II and IX LGPD, as applicable).
- Legal compliance — compliance with legal or regulatory obligation (Art. 7, II).
- Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 7, IX).
- Consent — only when a specific optional processing requires it and consent is collected for that purpose (Art. 7, I).
Retention
Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable archive period for accountability, unless a shorter deletion is required by law or a valid erasure request. Security logs follow the retention of the hosting provider, typically short-lived. Payment records, if any, follow tax and consumer rules applicable in Brazil.
Sharing
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS, email delivery) acting as processors under instruction. Earn Census does not sell personal data. Authorities may receive data when required by law.
International transfers
Infrastructure may be located outside Brazil. Transfers rely on contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other LGPD mechanisms, and on GDPR-aligned safeguards when EEA/UK data subjects are involved.
Rights
Under LGPD, data subjects may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability where applicable, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. EEA/UK data subjects may also exercise GDPR rights where applicable, including complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests: support@earncensus.online. In Brazil, complaints may be directed to the ANPD.
Cookies and similar technologies
The static editorial pages do not require login cookies. Essential technical cookies or similar storage may be set by the hosting platform for security or load balancing. Analytics or advertising tags, if introduced later, will be disclosed and, where required, gated by consent.
Children
The site is directed to adults (18+). Earn Census does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
